Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G Launched India

Samsung has expanded its smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Galaxy F70 Pro 5G, a feature-packed mid-range device that offers long-term software support and AI-powered capabilities. The smartphone is essentially a rebranded version of the recently launched Galaxy M47 and is designed to deliver premium features at a competitive price. It will be available in Alpha Black and Aura Green colour options from August 8.

The Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro 5G sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth scrolling and vibrant visuals. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+, adding durability against scratches and accidental drops. The device runs on Android 16 with Samsung One UI 8.5, ensuring the latest software experience out of the box.

Powering the smartphone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, which is designed to handle everyday multitasking, gaming, and AI-based applications efficiently. Samsung has also committed to providing six years of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates, making the Galaxy F70 Pro one of the longest-supported smartphones in its segment.

For photography, the smartphone features a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, it houses a 12MP HDR selfie camera for high-quality selfies and video calls. The camera system is aimed at delivering detailed images across different lighting conditions.

The Galaxy F70 Pro packs a 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired fast charging, although users will need to purchase the charger separately. The smartphone also introduces several AI-powered features, including Google Gemini integration, AI Voice Transcription, and Direct Voice Mail, enhancing productivity and user convenience.

Samsung has launched the Galaxy F70 Pro in three storage variants. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at ₹25,999, the 8GB + 128GB variant costs ₹29,999, while the 8GB + 256GB version is available for ₹34,999. Under the introductory offer, the base variant can be purchased for ₹23,999. The smartphone will be available through Flipkart, the Samsung India Online Store, and authorised retail outlets starting August 8.
