Names of 106 Samyukta Maharashtra Martyrs to Be Displayed at Air India Building
Mumbai, August 16, 2026: The names of 106 activists who died during the Samyukta Maharashtra movement will be given a permanent place of honour at the new administrative building of Air India, which has been taken over by the Maharashtra government.
State Minister Ashish Shelar announced that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has directed that the names of the martyrs be prominently displayed at the building.
