Araku Valley coffee has added another international honour, winning gold at a specialty coffee competition held in Paris. The winning lot was grown by a tribal farmers cooperative at an altitude of 3,600 feet.
The award is expected to boost demand and better prices for over 1.5 lakh tribal farmer families in the region.
