The Simhachalam Devasthanam is completing arrangements for the annual Chandanotsavam festival. Officials expect over three lakh devotees for the darshan of the deity's nijaroopa.
Special queue complexes, drinking water counters and medical camps are being set up. RTC will run 200 special buses from all parts of the city from 2 am on the festival day.
